I was going to fundraise to buy the town of Toomsboro a few years back, but I never went through with it. Why? Well, first, we wouldn’t have actually been buying our own town. $2mil for a few dozen distressed parcels in a town with strong restrictions and limited traffic didn’t seem wise for investors and business owners looking to relocate.
So, I’ve been working quietly to figure out MY model. I want to empower everyone to do what we’ve done in Atlanta, in cities nearby and far away. I want to lead that development and do it in such a way that brings in countless families and their children. We should focus on taking care of the Earth, growing food, and becoming physically healthy and emotionally free. This is what we will build together right here in Atlanta.
For far less than $500k, we can build right in and around the city of Atlanta, where everyone’s been headed lately anyway. And in anticipation of a critical oversaturation point in the market here, we can do the same in Macon, which will soon be developed like Atlanta is. We plan to invest across southwest Atlanta and the corridor from Atlanta to Macon via I-75, with Jonesboro, Stockbridge, McDonough, Forsyth, Jackson, Griffin and other cities as focus areas. Our end goal is to educate and prepare at least 144,000 families for land and home ownership, and a self-sustaining food and business model that allows them to be truly free and self-sufficient. We will announce new home/landowners from across the country every week, as well as those who have leases on farmland and plots, we are developing. Once complete, the Southeast will have a vital HUB of farms, businesses, and families that will serve as a model for communities around the world.
